Maao is a master curator born in the late seventies, his era witnessed a wide variety of music genres. As he grows up in France, his ear travels away and ventures down untrodden paths. He peacefully navigates his lawyer life until he moves to Casablanca (Morocco) where the urge to express his many lives arises. He hunts and curates ethnic, downtempo, deep house, organic and melodic sounds. His ambition to deliver musical gems to a large audience lead him to create “Sound Escape”, a weekly rendez-vous for electronic music lovers featuring various rising and confirmed moroccan Djs. His storytelling passion becomes endless.
